Noble Reports on MacDonald Mines Exploration Update on the Wawa-Holdsworth Project

(via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / June 20, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) is pleased to report on MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd ("MacDonald") Exploration Updates on the Wawa -Holdsworth Project as reported in News Releases of May 29, 2018 and June 06, 2018.

MacDonald reported that they will complete a bulk sample of the oxide sands this summer in preparation for negotiating an offtake agreement for the extraction of the precious-metals-bearing sands at its Wawa-Holdsworth project.

They also reported that a National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate of the oxide sands, currently being undertaken by Golder Associates, will provide MacDonald with an estimate of the quantity of material available for the bulk sample, and whereas the bulk sample will quantify the precious metal content and metallurgy in the oxide sand deposit.

MacDonald Mines will also trench and surface map the main gold prospects on the Wawa-Holdsworth property this summer. The Reed-Booth and the Golden Goose showings, located in the southern end of the property, are prospective targets for gold mineralization. A channel sample taken in the 1930s at the Reed-Booth showing contained 23.6 grams per tonne gold over three metres (OFR5798); while grab samples* taken by the Ontario Geological Survey in the waste rock of the vein system contained to 124.49 g/t gold and 33.86 g/t silver (OFR5798). The mechanized trenching and mapping will define the geometry, size and grade distribution of the targeted structures and validate the historic assays reported for the Reed-Booth showing.

The bulk sample will be collected in an area defined by the Golder Associates resource calculation. Sonic drilling highlights from the area are shown in the associated table.

PROJECT 81 Exploration Update Carnegie Twp Property Commences Exploration Artificial Intelligence Analysis Underway

(via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / May 17, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) is pleased to announce that the Private Investor Group (JV Partners) on the Carnegie Township Property has advised Noble that exploration has commenced on the Carnegie Township Property located approximately 3 km north of the world class Kidd Creek mine operated by Glencore.

Noble has been advised that a systematic geological and geophysical ground evaluation of multiple Airborne Geophysical Anomalies from past EM & Mag survey to the currently ongoing Gravity Gradiometer survey by Gedex has commenced. Upon completion of the Airborne Gravity Gradiometer Survey additional anomalies will be subjected to ground Geological and Geophysical evaluation to confirm diamond drillhole targets. The JV partners plan to systematically drill these confirmed targets. The JV partners also plan to undertake locating historical drill-hole collars using a CST/Berger Magna-Trak (MT200) LCD metal locator unit.

The Artificial Intelligence Study over Carnegie and Crawford Townships has commenced and we are expecting preliminary results from Albert Mining on its proprietary Computer Aided Resources Detection Software (CARDS) "Artificial Intelligence Technology" Modelling and Prediction Similarity Analysis Modelling for base metals in the very near future.

Noble Mineral's Project 81 is located within the Kidd-Munro assemblage of the western Abitibi Subprovince in Ontario, and is one of the largest contiguous, underexplored land packages in Ontario. The assemblage is one of the most ultramafic-rich volcanic successions of any age in the world and is hosts to the Kidd Creek VMS deposit, an important example of bimodal-mafic (ultramafic) volcanic-associated massive sulphide (VMS) deposits.

Noble Signs Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Spruce Ridge on Project 81 - Crawford Township Property

(via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / May 8, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble") is pleased to announce that it has signed an Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SHL) ("Spruce Ridge" or the "Company") to earn a 75 percent interest in the Crawford Township Property (the "Crawford Property") on specific target areas having a size of up to 2000 hectares. The Crawford Property, comprises part of Noble's ~70,000 hectare Project 81.

The Crawford Property lies approximately 14 kilometres north of Glencore Canada's world class Kidd Creek zinc-copper-silver mine, currently celebrating its 50th year of continuous operation. The property is underexplored and there is a high potential to find another world class VMS and/or Nickel-Cobalt mineral deposit.

Compilation completed by ORIX Geoscience Inc. over the Crawford Property has identified several historical INCO drill holes with significant Nickel assays results. (See Table below). Drill-hole 25050 intersected 433.43 metres of serpentinized peridotite with continuous nickel mineralization grading 0.25%Ni. The hole ended in nickel-bearing peridotite. Drill hole 27095, drilled approximately 200 metres north east of 25050 intersected 236.2 metres of continuous nickel mineralization grading 0.34%Ni. A third drill hole (27064) drilled approximately two kilometres away intersected 253.4 metres of continuous nickel mineralization grading 0.24% Ni. Nickel grades reported by INCO set out below are historical and non NI 43-101 compliant:

The nickeliferous peridotite is reported to be sheared and highly serpentinized, meaning that there is a reasonable prospect that much of the nickel has been liberated from the original high-temperature silicate minerals and may be present as potentially recoverable nickel-bearing sulphide or free metallic Ni minerals. This is the case at the Dumont Nickel-Cobalt deposit in Quebec, which has an average grade of 0.27% Ni and 107ppm Co. Noble Minerals has proved up a similar Nickel-Cobalt Deposit in Kingsmill Township and we believe that the Crawford Township Property Nickeliferous body would be similar and all future diamond drilling of these bodies will be fire assayed for Cobalt.

Noble Minerals completed an airborne magnetic and EM survey in 2017 which showed very strong magnetic anomalies over the drill indicated Ni bearing peridotite bodies on the property, suggesting widespread serpentinization. The magnetic anomaly indicates a minimum 2 km strike length extent to the peridotite body which would be favorable for a very large tonnage, low-grade nickel deposit located close to surface and amenable to low-cost open pit mining methods, similar to the Dumont Nickel-Cobalt Deposit and Noble's Kingsmill Nickel-Cobalt deposit.

FIRST OPTION

To earn 51% undivided interest Spruce must make (i) a payment of $50,000 within fifteen (15) days of obtaining TSX Venture approval, and (ii) make a second payment of $50,000 not later than six (6) months after the date of the first payment of $50,000.

Spruce will issue 3,000,000 Class A common shares within five (5) days of obtaining TSX Venture approval and issue an additional 3,000,000 common shares not later than one (1) year after the date for the first issue of common shares. Spruce will also issue 5,000,000 exercisable warrants within five (5) days of obtaining TSX Venture approval with each such warrant being exercisable at the lowest exercise price as may be permitted by the TSXVE and having a term expiring five (5) years after issuance; and will issue an additional 5,000,000 exercisable warrants not later than one (1) year after the date for the first issue of warrants. with each such warrant being exercisable at the lowest exercise price as may be permitted by the TSXVE and having a term expiring five (5) years after issuance.

Spruce will incur a minimum of $300,000 of Expenditures in the first year following the Effective Date and an additional $700,000 no later than the date that is eighteen (18) months following the Effective Date.

SECOND OPTION

Effective after Spruce has earned 51% interest, Spruce can earn an additional 24% undivided interest by issuing 2,000,000 common shares, and by incurring a further $1,000,000 of qualifying expenditures on or before the third anniversary of the execution of the option agreement.

Once 75% is earned (or 51% should Spruce Ridge elect not to acquire a 75% interest), the Crawford Property will be operated as a participating Joint Venture. The transactions described in the Option and Joint Venture Agreement are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

John Ryan, Spruce Ridge President and CEO commented: "What drew Spruce to this property originally was that it was underexplored, close to the Kidd Creek mine and had several priority targets from a recently flown Em/Mag survey. What made this acquisition even more appealing was the historical drill results from INCO showing the potential of a large tonnage low grade nickel deposit. The nickel grades reported from the peridotite at Crawford are very close in grade with those at Dumont with some intervals assaying up to 0.42% Ni and we believe that there was never any analysis carried out for Cobalt which in todays environment is very important to the electrification of the automobile industry."

Vance White, Noble's President and CEO commented: "We're pleased to welcome the team of experts associated with Spruce Ridge to get this ~70,000 Hectare Project Area back on track as we feel there is a tremendous opportunity to identify mineral wealth on what has been a relatively underexplored project area in close proximity to very satisfactory infrastructure. A number of drill ready targets have already been identified in the 12 townships that comprise this project area. Noble believes that VMS deposits of the Kidd Creek type occur in clusters."

About Spruce Ridge Resources

Spruce Ridge Resources has a 100% interest in the Great Burnt Copper/Gold Property in Central Newfoundland which covers a series of copper ? gold rich VMS deposits including the Great Burnt Main Deposit. Potential high-grade starter pit identified with 237,000 tonnes at 2.51% copper (undiluted) at the Great Burnt Zone. Management considers that an open pit with processing at a custom facility should have low capex requirements. Spruce has an agreement with Anaconda Mining whereby Anaconda acquired from Spruce Ridge the Viking and Kramer gold properties in northwestern Newfoundland. The Viking property is host to the Thor Deposit which has combined Indicated and Inferred resources totaling 83,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 2.09 and 1.79 g/t Au respectively at a 1.0 g/t Au cut-off. It also has a 50% joint venture with Americas Silver Corporation on property that contains tailings with low grade gold and silver from the Drumlummon Mine in Montana.

Project 81 Lucas Gold Deposit Update

(via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / April 5, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) is pleased to provide an update on Project 81-Lucas Gold Deposit 2018 Diamond Drilling Campaign. Noble has completed 15 NQ size diamond drill holes totalling 3,183.93m over approximately 650m strike length (Figure 1). The entire core length was sawed in half, sampled, and 3,422 half core samples were submitted to Activation Laboratories (Actlabs) in Timmins for Gold Fire Assay (1A2 analytical package) and 32 element ICP analyses (1E3 analytical package). Assay results are pending.

Noble also discovered a total of 37 historical drillhole collars during this field programme using a CST/Berger Magna-Trak (MT200) LCD metal locator unit. All drill collars were surveyed using SXBlue II+GPS unit which has an accuracy of 30-60cm. All drill collars were sealed and flagged for future references if required.

The main objectives of the 2018 diamond drilling campaign were three fold:

-Firstly, to locate the Au mineralized Pyrite+/-Chert+/-Quartz unit described in the historical drilling and to trace it along strike for approximately 650m of the 1700m strike length as interpreted from Airborne EM and MAG Surveys.

-Secondly, to determine the attitude and displacement of this mineralized unit with respect to the extensive faulting and displacement interpreted from historical drilling and Airborne Geophysical Surveys. Noble discovered additional shallow angle sub-horizontal faulting and displacement within this unit, and

-Thirdly, to determine the controls of the gold mineralizing mechanism/events, gold grade, and gold distribution within the pyrite+/-chert+/-quartz unit.

In order to realize the above objectives, 10 (ten) diamond drill holes were designed to test the attitude, displacement and strike length of the pyrite+/-chert+/-quartz mineralized unit, while 5 (five) diamond drill holes were designed to test the controls of the gold mineralizing mechanism/event. In so doing, a number of the historical drill holes were twined specifically historical drill holes L80-04, L80-13 and L81-36.

PHASE 2

The next phase of exploration drilling on the Lucas Gold Deposit will focus on determining gold grades within the pyrite+/-chert+/-quartz zone over the 650m established to-date, and to extend by diamond drilling, the strike length of the Au mineralized pyrite+/-chert+/-quartz unit, along the 1700m EM conductor trend, as well as to define the vertical extension of the mineralized zone, which is currently open at depth.

Noble Updates Current Drilling Progress on the Lucas Township Gold Project Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / March 01, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK: NLPXF) is pleased to provide updates on its Lucas Township Gold Project located near Timmins, Ontario, Canada, and to announce the results of the meeting of shareholders held on February 22, 2018.

The Lucas Township Gold Project:

Further to the news release issued on February 12, 2018, Noble is pleased to announce that the exploration team currently drilling on the Lucas Township Gold Project, Timmins, Ontario, Canada has located a number of the Historical Mineralized Drill Collars (Table-1 & Figure-1). With this discovery, Noble is highly confident that its current drilling is being conducted at the right location.

The current drill program is designed to test Gold Mineralization over 700m strike length of the drill indicated historical gold mineralized structures, which lies within a 1700m EM anomalous trend identified from the recently completed Airborne Geophysical EM and Differential Mag Survey. The historical drill results are not compliant with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101.

Phase 1 of the 2018 drilling campaign anticipates drilling up to 14 NQ size diamond drill holes for approximately 3000m. Six (6) drill holes totalling approximately 1420m have been completed to date and 722 samples, in 21 batches have been submitted to Actlabs in Timmins, Ontario for Gold (Au) and 32 elements ICP analysis. Samples are initially analysed for gold by Fire Assay with an Atomic Absorption (AA) finish (1A2 & 1E3 analytical package), and samples assaying above 3g/t Au, will be further analysed by Fire Assay with a Gravimetric Finish (1A3 Analytical Package). Sample assaying above 10g/t Au will be analysed by Fire Assay-Metallic Screen Analysis (1A4-500 Analytical Package). All assay results are pending as of the time of this news release.

The objective of this drill campaign is to confirm the historical drilling results dating back to the 1960-1980's, as reported by Canico, McIntyre Porcupine Mines Ltd, Abitibi Price Resources and Lucas Gold Resources. Recently re-compiled drill hole data and historical non-compliant NI43-101 gold assay results listed in Table-1, shows up to 34.5 meters of 2.77g/t gold in DDH L80-04, 32.0 meters of 1.36g/t gold in DDH L80-13, and 42.6m of 1.98 g/t gold in DDH L81-36(A), some of these drill hole numbers and gold assay results have been previously released by the Company in news releases dated December 1, 2011, December 5, 2011 and February 12, 2018.

A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to qualify these historical results under the current standards, and Noble is not treating these results as current.

Vance White President and CEO stated: "we believe that this recent development could confirm the earlier results of the drilling undertaken in the area in the 60's, 70's and 80's. It is important to recognize that the initial results obtained at that time would not have been economically viable whereas similar results may well achieve that threshold in today's environment."

Project 81 2018 Exploration Update

(via TheNewswire)

Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / January 11, 2018 - Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ("Noble" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NOB, FRANKFURT: NB7, OTC.PK:NLPXF) is pleased to provide the following update on various aspects of the 2018 exploration campaign to be carried out on Noble's large contiguous and extensive, underexplored and very prospective property north of Timmins and adjacent to the World Class Kidd Creek Mine, celebrating its 50th year of continuous production.

High Definition Gravity Gradiometer Survey (HD-AGGTM )

Noble is pleased to announce that Gedex Earth Inc. ("Gedex") will resume flying the High Definition Gravity Gradiometer Survey (HD-AGGTM ) using its new state of the art HD-AGGTM System. The completed survey will entail completing approximately 10,000 line kms over the entire Project 81 acreage totaling approximately 70,000 hectares. Gedex (www.gedex.com) has been developing this next generation, first of its kind advanced Airborne Gravity Gradiometer System over a number of years in partnership with some of the world's major mining companies.

The Gedex HD-AGG TM is a patented technology that provides an innovative method for measuring changes in earth's gravitational field at resolutions significantly higher than ever previously available. The HD-AGG TM system provides exploration data that can be used either alone or quantitatively integrated with other geophysical imaging technologies (seismic, electromagnetics, magnetics) to detect buried deposits that current technologies cannot effectively discover. It is anticipated that current and legacy geophysical data when combined with HD-AGG(TM) data will result in improved subsurface imaging. Noble is very pleased to acquire potentially over 10,000 line kilometers of this HD-
AGG(TM) data over Project 81 to prioritize targets on, and advance its exploration of this property.

Heliborne EM and Mag Survey over Carnegie & Crawford Twps by BECI

Noble has completed and received final results of two Airborne EM and Mag Surveys in January 2012 and July 2017 that now covers the entire ~70,000 hectares of Project 81, and has outlined several bedrock conductors and mineralized trends that have been confirmed by historical drill holes dating back to the 1960's. These surveys have identified EM and Mag geophysical drill ready targets in a number of the townships included in Project 81.

Data Compilation by ORIX Geoscience

Noble is pleased to announce that ORIX has completed and presented to Noble and its JV Partners compilation reports on Carnegie and Crawford Townships. These reports identify a number of high priority drill targets. It is anticipated that completion of data for Dargavel and Lucas Townships should be available in the very near term. Orix Geoscience will continue to compile comprehensive datasets for the entire Project 81, that will allow Noble to aggressively seek additional JV partners.

Lucas Drill Program

Noble is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract to carry out a diamond drilling campaign on the Lucas Gold Target, which forms part of Project 81 and is located in Lucas Township, near Timmins Ontario, Canada. The program is designed to test over 700m strike length of the gold mineralized structures outlined by historical drilling that are NI43-101 non-compliant and by recently completed IP Survey, Airborne Differential Magnetic Survey, and Airborne EM Survey.

A program totalling six-ten (6-10) NQ size diamond drill holes for approximately 3000m is being proposed for this drill campaign in order to confirm historical drilling results dating back to 1960-1980's by Canico, McIntyre Porcupine Mines Ltd, and Abitibi Price Resources on the Lucas Township Gold Target. Historical non-compliant 43-101 results have been previously released by the company in earlier releases dated Dec. 01, 2011 and Dec., 05, 2011 and have been posted on our website.

NOB JV Partners Drill/Exploration Programs

It is anticipated that NOB JV partners will be in a position to execute diamond drill programs over the optioned townships as previously announced on completion and confirmation of EM targets from the Airborne Gravity Gradiometer Survey.
